- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the QC team, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform quality control tasks effectively.
- Material Inspection: Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures) and finished concrete products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Testing Protocols: Ensure that all testing protocols (e.g., slump tests, compressive strength tests, air content tests) are conducted accurately and in accordance with ASTM or other relevant standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions for any non-conformance issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to concrete production and quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports, and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production and logistics teams to address quality issues, optimize production processes, and enhance product quality.
- Customer Relations: Liaise with customers regarding quality concerns, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction with ready mix concrete products.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives and best practices.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
