**Main Tasks**
- Compares required parts list against available inventory and works with Purchasing unit to ensure required parts are in stock prior to WO start date
- Plans department workflow through generation of work orders, statement of work documents, and other work outlines resources needed to adequately address the work required, work reception, prioritization, planning, coordination, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, data entry and other administrative actions.
- Support the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager in developing and executing the annual preventative maintenance work plan and monthly schedules.
- Track timely completions of all work orders and coordinates and executes follow-on work as required.
- Ensure that the computerized maintenance management system (MS) data files are complete, accurate and current.
- Provide an overall plan for the team leader on which to base his pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work
- Provide the cooperation necessary in connection with each job to do work as prescribed by operations through planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor)
- Provide a central source of information concerning maintenance work, equipment, and equipment repair.
- Reduce total cost of maintenance while improving conditions of equipment and operating facilities
- Managing maintenance data collection, records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.
- Must understand, comply and enforce all Takween Environmental, Safety and Health policies and applicable government Regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and 5S protocol.
