**Transparency Admin**:

- Remote Eligible: Onsite- Onsite Location(s): Riyadh, SA**Purpose Statement**:
Within the evolution of the Transparency regulation in Saudi Arabia, BSCI is looking for a Transparency Admin who will be attached to the Finance Department **_(report to Finance Manager)_**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Partner**:
Work in close collaboration with the KSA Lawyer in order to ensure the legal watch on the Transparency law (get information from the competent authority and the MECOMED about the new Transparency directives and practices, analyze the legal texts)

Assisting the KSA Lawyer in improving the drafting of HCP contracts and in particular the transparency clauses
- **Finance & Compliance Communication**:
Communicates to the Compliance and Finance team any new transparency directive from the competent authorities for common agreement and implementation of internal BSCI processes
- **Training**:
Set up different transparency trainings for the KSA entity by type of department and functions (marketing, sales, business support, others...).

These trainings will have to include the legal framework but also the transparency processes to be applied internally
- **Transparency tool**:
Project manager for the implementation and monitoring of the future BSCI internal transparency IT system (Engage Project)
- **Internal processes**:
Force of proposal to improve and simplify the current internal transparency processes until the implementation of a digital system
- **Day to Day Transparency Support**

Verify on a daily basis the transparency data communicated and entered by the business within the HCPs contracts

Privileged interlocutor of the HCP/HCO or Business in case of questions of transparency

Implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance with internal processes

Submission of transparency reports to the competent authority within the required deadlines
