**Role Summary**:
As Manager Government Affairs you will be responsible for developing and executing government relations strategies, fostering positive relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies, and advocating for the company's interests within the political and regulatory landscape of Saudi Arabia. This role involves engagement with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices across the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs strategy aligned with DSV's business objectives and values in Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor political and regulatory developments to anticipate potential impacts on the organization and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between DSV and government officials, facilitating communication and advocating for the company's interests.
- Stay current with laws, regulations, and policies that affect DSV's operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute initiatives that enhance DSV's reputation and visibility within the government and regulatory communities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with DSV's corporate social responsibility goals.
- Proactively identify potential issues that may arise from changes in regulations or political developments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep senior management informed about relevant political and regulatory developments, potential risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop messaging and materials for external stakeholders, including government officials and the public.

**Educational Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, Public Policy, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian political and regulatory landscape.
