**Attach the Portfolio**

Skills: 2D -AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop

Provide design leadership within a dedicated team, offering support, generating strong design ideas, strong communication, and problem-solving

Coordinate with the architecture team and the STRUC - MEP team

Coordinate between the design team, site team and contractor

Produce architecture drawings from the schematic phase all the way to the construction documents

Assisting the site team with replying to RFIs and conduct site visits when needed

Reviewing designs according to building codes and regulations

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit is a MUST

Proficiency in at least one modeling and rendering software

Portfolio or sample of work to be submitted

Fluent Writing and Conversational English and Arabic

Previous experience in designing a healthcare facility, hospitality, commercial and residential projects

Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills

Experience in the Gulf region is preferred
