Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and establishment of goals and performance objectives of the department
- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment
- manage budget and expenditures
- responsible for one area of manufacturing
- responsible for strong communication throughout departments as well as conveying information to those on shift
- ensure work orders and shipments are completed on time by working with the lead persons in each department
- coordinate with production control and scheduling to ensure work is completed in proper sequence
- investigate and provide recommended corrective action for quality rejects as required
- coordinate necessary cross training for all employees by working with lead person
- perform other work related to tasks assigned
- comply with all ARM company and HSE policies and procedures
- Manage the start-up of the shaker screen manufacturing shop in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia
