**Role Summary**:
To ensure machines availability for smooth operations and complying cGMP and safety standards. Schedule and adhere planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Assist line manager for short and long term task/projects and take directions to accomplish goals. Direct to subordinates to achieve assign task results on time and work on their developments provide training's process knowledge’s.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to line manager and engineering department to implement the company safety standards and security systems in coordination with other department. Follow and facilitate to maintain the safety, health and industrial hygiene policy of the company.
- Perform RCA and make systematic controls and procedure to avoid chance of re occurrences of the issues and doing efforts, providing support to implement new controls, procedures, policies.
- Working to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and availability of machines for production. Execution of new systems, provide support for relocation of equipment’s and new area developments
- Assist to line manager and team to test proto type systems and machine trails for new and existing products/materials
- Coordinate and dealing with users/stake holders to develop cross functional team culture. Deliver training and working on improvement of team members and production machine users.
- Assign work orders, Plan and coordinate with user/area owners to execute and complete jobs, close maintenance orders and notification on time. Schedule and adjustments of duty roasters as per production plan and requirements.
- Inventory replenishment and arrangements of spare parts from local and OEM collaboratively with engineering procurement dept.
- Working & gather information, current status of the machine and its parts availability from OEM performed risk based approach and ordering parts those being obsolete, intimating and initiating for upgrade of individual components and machines.
- Assist line manager/engineering dept. and provide all necessary details to plan and initiate CAPEX's.
- Coordinate with area owner/users, machine manufacturer to provide maximum support for start-up and operations of equipment’s, working and responding on Change Request according to agreed and defined responsibility.
- Support validation department for machine qualification activities execution of IOQ's, working on deviation/CAPA's.
- Update machine maintenance SOP's checklist. Initiate purchase requests, follow-up for PO's and verification of equipment/hardware components upon delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma holder with 8 to10 years’ experience in the same filed or Bachelor degree in electronic engineering with 4 years’ experience.
- 4 to 8 years of Pharmaceuticals Experience and must have good knowledge of pharmaceutical machine operations and functions in electronics.
- Well understand Current Good Manufacturing Practices regulations( CGMP).
- Proficient in oral & written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Leader ship skills and having ability to build good relationship to promote healthy work environment.
