Odoo Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and implement Odoo modules, such as WMS, Finance, Sales, CRM, Inventory, and others, to align with business needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for Odoo implementation.
- Customize Odoo modules, forms, reports, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Odoo modules and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users for Odoo functionalities.
- Ensure the system’s scalability, security, and stability for future growth.
- Document configurations, customizations, and user guides for internal use.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and releases to optimize system performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules (WMS, Finance, etc.).
- Proficient in Python, XML, and Odoo development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in inventory, finance, and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with integrating Odoo with other platforms using APIs or connectors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
- Knowledge of Odoo.sh or Odoo cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems to Odoo.
- Knowledge of Linux systems for server configuration.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
