**Job Description**:
The **Finance Executive** will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all finance activities. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing financial processes.

** Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.- Support financial reporting and analysis for management decision-making.- Monitor expenditures and assist with budget preparation and tracking.- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors when required.- Assist with invoice processing, payment runs, and petty cash management.- Perform any additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

- **Saudi National** (mandatory).- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (hospitality or leisure industry experience is a plus).- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
