**核心工作活动**

**管理客房部运营**
- 维持与前厅部的紧密工作关系，以确保有效地沟通运营问题。
- 取得亟待清理客房的清单，以及准备结账或退房的房号清单，以便准备工作分配。
- 清点库存，以确保物资充足。
- 确保客房、公共空间和员工区均按照运营标准进行清洁。
- 确保遵守所有客房部政策、标准和程序。
- 启动并保持有效的检查计划，包括客房、公共区域、员工工作和更衣区、储藏区、娱乐区、洗衣区、车库和地面。

**管理部门成本**
- 监督和审批客房及清洁用品的预算和订购。
- 了解部门运营对酒店总体财务目标的重要性；适当地向员工提供详细信息。
- 通过审查运营报表、预算工作表和工资进度报告，将运营的各个方面限定在预算范围内。
- 让客房部团队专注于业务的关键组成部分，以推动客户满意度和理想的财务业绩。
- 管理部门可控开销和每间已入住客房的费用，以实现或超越预算目标。

**确保卓越的客户服务**
- 有效回应并处理客人的问题和投诉。
- 将客人满意度作为部门会议的组成部分，并专注于持续改进。
- 授权员工提供卓越的客户服务。
- 为直属下属经理设定目标和期望。
- 庆祝成功并公开表彰团队成员的贡献。
- 审查员工满意度结果，并识别和解决员工的问题或疑虑。
- 传达期望，认可业绩，并实现期望的业务成效。

**开展人力资源活动**
