The Human Capital Consulting Manager/Senior Manager will play a key role in guiding organizations through complex human capital challenges. This position requires a seasoned management consulting professional with a deep understanding of organizational design and organizational development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and human capital needs.
- Lead consulting engagements, providing strategic advice and solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- ** Strategy Formulation**:

- Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with clients' overall business goals.
- Design and execute initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
- ** Organizational Design**:

- Lead organizational design assessments, offering expertise in optimizing structures, roles, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement organizational design strategies that align with clients' business strategies and objectives.
- ** Organizational Development**:

- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations to enhance structures, processes, and culture.
- Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation.
- ** Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within human capital management.
- Provide clients with actionable recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis.
- ** Thought Leadership**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in human capital consulting, with a specific emphasis on organizational design.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through articles, whitepapers, and speaking engagements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human capital consulting with a focus on management consulting and organizational design.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering consulting engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
