**Job Summary**:
To machine parts as per blue print and quality requirement.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Receive work order related document from Supervisor.

2) Receive raw material and ensure traceability is maintained.

3) Study drawings and specifications.

4) Perform machine check and report its status.

5) Set-up fixture and tools as per requirement.

6) Perform precision machining on CNC machine conforming to specified requirements.

7) Perform first piece/ in-process inspection and record result.

8) Report non-conformance, if any.

9) Report daily production status upon completion of job.

10) Ensure daily production activities are recorded accurately and submitted timely.

11) Ensure parts are properly protected from atmosphere corrosion.

12) Maintain measuring equipment and tools properly.

13) Maintain good house-keeping at all time.

14) Maintain safe and healthy work environment.

15) Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Relevant technical discipline/training in machining.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in performing machining of metal components using CNC Turning/ Milling/ Turnmill machine.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and setup sheets.
- Ability to understand CNC program and have knowledge in tooling and insert.
- Ability to operate 2-axis & 5-axis CNC Machine with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to perform measurement.
- Possess good working attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions as given.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
