Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented** Senior Interface Design Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre** to join our team

In this role, you will manage and coordinate all design interfaces across the lifecycle of a fast-track hyperscale data center project with a capacity of 100-150MW. The project involves complex engineering, high utility demand, and multiple contractor and consultant packages. Rigorous coordination across disciplines and stakeholders is essential to ensure seamless design integration and delivery.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Lead interface coordination between design consultants, contractors, and client teams.

- Develop and maintain interface matrices and coordination schedules.

- Facilitate design integration workshops and clash resolution meetings.

- Ensure timely resolution of interface issues impacting design and delivery.

- Collaborate with BIM teams to support model-based coordination.

- Liaise with utility providers, permitting authorities, and external stakeholders.

- Support change management and design assurance processes.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**

- 10-15 years in design coordination or interface management, ideally within data centers, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes, BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), and interface management systems.

- Familiarity with hyperscale data center design, utility integration, and fast-track delivery environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Chartered status or equivalent is preferred.
