As a Radiation Safety Officer, you will be responsible for implementing measures that protect workers, the public, and the environment from harmful exposure to radiation.

As a Radiation Safety Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that all personnel working with or around radiation receive proper training and understand the risks and safety procedures.
- Ensuring the comply with national and local radiation safety regulations
- Overseeing radiation monitoring, maintaining exposure records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during radiation use, transport, or disposal.
- Reviewing and checking all daily reports received from Rig sites where we have RA sources are completed and complying with Baker Hughes standards
- Being responsible for all related tasks to Radio Active Source in Drilling Services.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
- Be a certified radiation safety officer
- Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
