Responsible of the coordination and communication of the Employee Social program’s projects that target the wellness dimensions related to the Health aspect. Coordination of the new capability for the business to deliver effective change and realization of projected benefits. Responsible for the overall quality integrity and coherence of the program. Developing and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within and through an effective program/project management.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Oversees the Employee Social Programs in terms of its development in coordination with the Head.

2. Co-ordinates with the Head to manage the program's budget.

3. Oversees the timely, cost-effective, and appropriate delivery of the projected project deliverables in compliance with the program strategy, scope, and governance.

4. Coordinates the appointment of individuals to project teams, oversees their day-to-day job/assignment performance, controls outside contributions to the program, and coordinates communications with all internal and external stakeholders.

5. Manages the dependencies and the interfaces between projects, manage risks to the program's success, and to take the necessary steps to reduce those risks.

6. In coordination with the Head, initiates additional activities and other management interventions whenever program issues are found or problems develop.

7. Reports the progress, risks, and issues of the program on a regular basis to the Head.

8. Ensures effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the program.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, or other related disciplines required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 11: Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years in a seniority position with Master’s, or seven (7) years of similar requirements with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Grade 12: Seven (7) years of related experience including four (4) years of Grade 11 experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years of similar qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals only.
