General Accountant

We are looking urgently for a dedicated and experienced General Accountant - Admin to join the team for our branch in Riyadh KSA. Preferably with a Interior Design, Joinery and Fit out experience. This dual-role position requires a reliable professional who can manage accounting tasks and administrative work to ensure smooth operations for the new showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, secure, maintain and update all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. (ledger entries)
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses.
Prepare and process of filing VAT Tax returns.
Prepares Projects Production Monitoring and Budgeting.
Prepare Financial Statements such as, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
Prepare Quotation and Purchase Order
Responsible in Assisting on External Audit for the year-end Financial Reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage50, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
Familiarity with VAT filings and KSA accounting standards and policy
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
With good communication skill both verbal and written in Arabic and English
With high levels of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience in the interior design, construction, or real estate industries.
