Wh Stockiest Supervisor

**Main Purpose**:
Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure it complies with contractual terms and well-maintained equipment to provide services to Sales and to be coordination point between all Functions and stockiest. Priodic ‘Customer Credit Riview’ and ‘Van conts’ will be his responsibility. Cash collection, depositing them in Bank, KPI tracking, Inventory reconciliation, upload and download of HHT, Sales Order processing, Sales Return verification and ensuring minimum pending Sales Order will be his daily tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Issue accurate reports on slow / Non-moving inventories and ensure it is issued according to FEFO guidelines or to an agreed liquidation plan. HHT upload / download.
- All POD / Invoice customer acknowledgment is settled with respective Finance team.
- Periodic Market Review to be carried out and the result will be reviewed with finance team.(Rattani)
- Weekly/Monthly DTS Van counts to be carried out and update inventory.
- Collect cash from RSRs and deposit in Bank on daily basis. And raise flag for delay depositing cash. And send daily cash collecting report (Salem).
- Follow-up on Pending Orders with stockiest and Sales Supervisors.
- Ensure all the daily and monthly reports including WH KPI / Slow moving / Stands are issued accurately and in time.
- Follow-up on the shift / warehouse activities if it is followed according contract terms.
- Convey all information of new SKUs / Marketing promotions to sales team.
- Track Stockiest KPI reports and reason out any deviation from the targets and take appropriate measures to avoid errors.
- Ensure all required equipment is available and follow up with Stockiest for maintenance schedule.
- Track freshness of products by making sure that all FEFO procedures are followed by stockiest and scrapping of expired product in time and with proper documentation.
- Follow-up on the Inventory process tracking, physical count and reporting of inventory variance and stock updating with Stockiest Action.
- Ensure all Food Safety standards are followed by regular checks, coordinating with Food Safety Supervisors.
- Stock in Transit should be monitored regularly and cleared in coordination with receiving Plant /DC.
- All Incidents should be reported in time and with correct documentation.
- Supervise Sales Returns and ensure it is verified and inventory updated on daily basis.
- Supervise stales receiving from market and verified it’s matching with approved budget.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Qualification**
- Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.
- Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management
- A self-motivated and leader ship person with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions.
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
- Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
