The brand manager will be responsible for pre-launch and launch preparations for Orforglipron in Saudi Arabia.

The individual will be responsible to deliver the business objectives by establishing clear strategic priorities based on consumer insights, implementation of key tactics and spearheading innovation through internal and external benchmarking in this area.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for strong cross functional collaboration to drive brand strategy, implementation, and execution all while ensuring Lilly’s core value of results with integrity is maintained. The individual will be required to work with key global and regional stakeholders as well.

Leaning on specialized depth and breadth in strategy development, and operational excellence, this role will require complex decision-making given the significant opportunity and rewarding business challenges ahead

This will be a full-time role reporting to the _Associate Director

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree (Business/ Sciences)
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing roles is essential, experiences in other industries is a plus.
- Experience in leading a cross-functional team or large projects.

**Additional Skills/Preferences**
- Experience in Diabetes or Obesity is a plus.
- Experience in launching new brands or new indications is a plus
- MBA would be a plus.
- Proficient in English, proficiency in Arabic a plus.

**Requirements**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the CFT, including medical, regulatory, sales, market access, BI&A, and CAPRA to develop and implement customer plans, launch preparations, launch readiness sessions, operational activities for Orforglipron
- Work with various global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and strategic initiatives for Saudi
- Collaborate with CFT to conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight gathering to shape brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate to develop thought leader mapping and engagement plans
- Work with Corporate affairs to develop and implement environmental shaping activities based on affiliate archetype.
- Development of solutions for key player; ensure that there is a measurement plan for the solutions developed; conduct periodic reviews of solution effectiveness; take action to improve execution.
- Develop operational plans and Thought Leaders activities that increase deep touch points, work with omnichannel team to expand and develop source of authority partnerships.
- Achieve Brand Health goals and annual targets, manage OPEX to help ensure the company achieves its annual goals.
- Prepare the field force for launch through input into training content, tools, and launch readiness initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and adapt tactics based on feedback and performance data.

**Other Role Requirements**
- The role will be based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Will require domestic travel, and may require international travel
- May require evening/weekend work
- Must be legally allowed to work in KSA
