We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and optimize critical network services for our valued clients. This role requires expertise in managing network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance, and providing scalable solutions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CE, CIS or related field.
Network Engineer 7+ years’ experience in technical support department
Design and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable network solutions using Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, router, core, distribution, access switches and other network devices.
Advanced expertise in routing (BGP, OSPF) and switching (VLANs, STP, Multicast) for enterprise networks.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar.
Advanced experience with packet analysis and performance monitoring.
Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade networks.
Integration and management of hybrid cloud environments (e.g. Azure, GCP).
Experience in configuring and managing wireless controllers.
Expertise in configuring and managing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and call manager.
Knowledge of VoIP protocols, Troubleshooting and maintaining call routing, voice gateways, and QoS for VoIP.
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and compliance with standards like ISO 27001.
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Enterprise Infrastructure
