Are you a seasoned Estimation professional seeking an exceptional leadership opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia? Our client, a distinguished Construction Project Management Consultancy, is currently in search of a talented individual to lead their Estimation Section for a high-level PIF (Public Investment Fund) project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Estimation Section, providing strategic direction and guidance to a team of estimators.
- Develop and implement robust estimation processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost estimation.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to gather relevant data and requirements for accurate cost estimation.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure alignment between estimated costs and project budgets.
- Present cost estimates and reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience in estimation and cost management within a consultancy business, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working on PIF projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Salary**: Up to 50,000 SAR per month, depending on experience
