Restaurant Hostess

As the **Hostess**, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and gracious welcome upon arrival. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and create an inviting atmosphere. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for managing the flow of guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure optimal seating and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to manage table turnover and reservations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries about the restaurant, menu, or Korean cuisine.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage walk-in guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Ensure highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer service role (preferably in premium dining or hospitality).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
