**Scope and Purpose**:
**Support and maintain all cash operations software and Work on enhancing delivered solution performance and stability and increase the integration performance with other systems like SAP, surveillance systems, access control systems,.etc**:
**Key Result Areas & Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software and IT related issues.
- Troubleshoot Material Handling SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software and IT related issues.
- Troubleshoot the integration between surveillance, access control systems with vault automation SW and Material Handling SW
- Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software issues.
- First Level Support for the customers by analysis of customer requests and reported problems.
- Receive, document and prioritize issue tickets from Application Software users.
- Real-time response to questions and solution of problems on Application related issues.
- Preparation of more complex problems for transfer to Second Level Support.
- Regular customer communication regarding the status of their requests and progress of their solutions.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Knowledge of / Experience with:

- Windows Desktop operating system
- Windows Server operating systems
- Windows SQL server:

- Basic knowledge SQL
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Backup / Restore databases
- Database Encryption
- SAP Business Objects
- SAP Warehouse Management System
- Remote Access software
- Active directory
- Incident management system
- Scripting languages
- Understanding of:

- Modern server concepts
- Virtualization
- Network concepts: LAN, WLAN, router, switches, firewalls, DMZ, encryption
- IT security concepts
- Convincing skills through excellent grasp of technology, ability to work under a lot of pressure and independent and meticulous way of working.
- A distinct consciousness of quality and safety, as well as absolute adherence to delivery dates.
- Willing to work in different shifts if work demands
- Proven planning, organization and leadership skills
- Strong object oriented analysis, design and development skills
- Experience with industry standard version control and defect management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic will be an added advantage
- Able to focus on key deliverables in a fast-paced development environment
- A self-starter who can co-ordinate with a team, yet work independently towards a common goal
