**Job Description**:
**As a Manager, you will assume responsibility for, but not limited to, the following activities**:

- Support the Company's growth by managing relationships with existing or new clients.
- Mentor and contribute to the career development of team members
- Working closely with other Sia Partners’ offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
- Track the latest developments, news and activities across the region and contribute to the development of the Sia Partners brand in the Middle East (publication of articles, blogs, networking, event speaker).

**As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a wide spectrum of projects with our clients, covering topics such as**:

- Business improvement, change management, business processes study, mapping & reengineering, performance management design & implementation, benchmarks & analysis
- Regulatory/Operational risk/Digital transformation
- Innovation: discovery and validation of emerging business opportunities.
- Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties, able to manage complex client projects.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting with increasing managerial and responsibility roles
- Possess knowledge on process reengineering, business analysis, organization turn-around and market regulation
- Strong understanding of current and future challenges in the GCC and Middle East region is essential
- Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work and judicious regular updates to management
- Excellent client interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is a must; Arabic business level proficiency is required
- Ability to prepare compelling presentations
- Focus on quality
- Must have entrepreneurial spirit, team spirit, be results driven and dynamic
- Must have graduated from a reputable university
- Innovation background
- Master’s Degree is preferred
