**Chartered RICS Director Jobs - Middle East Job Vacancies Commercial Management**

We are seeking to recruit an MRICS Associate Director

  • Waterparks Cost Consultancy for a permanent vacancy in Riyadh in the Middle East with Tier 1 Construction Consultancy.

This position requires previous experience of **WATER PARK** projects. So the keywords here are **MRICS**, **WATERPARKS** and **PRE CONTRACT. **PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE. We do not want similar experience or experience in other areas.

**LOCATION**:Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Middle East.

**Requirements

  • MRICS Chartered Associate Director -Waterparks**
  • **Specific Sector or specialism**: WATER PARKS experience. This role requires this experience. We will expect to see Quantity Surveying and Waterparks experience on your CV.
  • **Country Experience**: We do not require previous Middle East experience. If you have Waterparks experience anywhere else in the world and you are an MRICS Associate Director, we would like to hear from you.
  • **Status**: As wells as all of the above, MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Quantity Surveying Route. This is another Mandatory requirement
  • **Qualifications** A 3 year BSc degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or another Construction related Degree Qualification

**Salary & Benefits AD Cost Consultant Waterparks**

An excellent total package salary is available for this MRICS Associate Waterparks job vacancy.

The salary banding for our client is **55-65,000SAR** per month total package. Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person.

**Salary**: ﷼50,000.00 - ﷼65,000.00 per month
