Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary: MBT Testing & Engineering Services LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality management systems, testing operations, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs in Riyadh. What you'll do
:
- Lead the organization's quality assurance programs and oversee quality management system implementation across engineering and testing operations
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Oversee quality inspections, testing protocols, audits, corrective actions, and preventive action programs
- Monitor quality KPIs, process performance metrics, and compliance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, project management, and technical teams to improve product and service quality
- Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize quality risks
- Manage documentation control, quality records, certifications, and reporting requirements
- Lead supplier quality assessments and support vendor qualification and performance improvement activities
- Mentor and develop quality assurance teams while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence Requirements:
- Experience in quality assurance, quality management, engineering services, testing laboratories, or industrial quality operations
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing methodologies, process improvement, and risk management principles
- Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 or related industry standards is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to work across technical and operational teams
- Ability to manage multiple quality initiatives and compliance priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience Why work with us:
