Market Analysis - Monitor market activity and provide recommendations related to new prospects or enhancements based on the current situation or predicted market activity to maximize the utilization of, and market reach of the Company's capabilities. - Identify and evaluate potential new business or new opportunities to drive the strategic direction of the Company while maximizing profitability. - Conducts Market competition analysis and research to provide the Top Management and the Executive Team with up-to-date information. - Works closely with the concerned team the company and its subsidiaries and divisions for attending and conducting market related events such as exhibitions, seminars etc., to increase the awareness of company's services and its brand and expand the geographical presence in the market. Key Accounts - Identify key relationships and prospective accounts to continuously develop business and achieve sales targets via key accounts. - Manage customer accounts and handle any escalations or complaints to maintain good relationships and generate repeat business while maintaining Company's credibility and reliability in the market. Collections - Ensure collection of all payments and if necessary, communicate with and advise the accounts collection section to contact defaulting customers to reach a payment solution that protects the interests of the Company. Management Reporting - Ensure that all functional reports are completed in a comprehensive, accurate, and timely manner, and comply with Company's requirements. - Present regular and ad-hoc management reports related to the function, provide recommendations to the top management on new opportunities, highlight critical issues and challenges, and provide strategic insight to Meet regularly or whenever required, with the president and his VPs to review the work progress and ensure continued focus on meeting the objectives and goals within the company's vision and business field. **Requirements**: " Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing (Master's degree shall be preferred) " Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and implementation " Good knowledge of the industry and business acumen " Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, out of which 2-3 years in senior leading sales and marketing position, preferably in Construction & Contracting.
