مدير متجر - سعودي الجنسية

**الموقع**:
الرياض - متجر فاخر لعطور النخبة

**الدوام**:
دوام كامل

**الراتب**:
راتب مجزٍ 6000-8000 SAR

**المهام والمسؤوليات**:

- قيادة فريق العمل وتدريب البائعين على أساليب البيع الراقي
- تقديم تجربة عملاء راقية تعكس هوية العلامة
- بيع مباشر باحترافية للعملاء المهمّين
- متابعة المظهر العام للمعرض وتنظيم المنتجات
- رفع التقارير والتنسيق مع الإدارة العليا

**الشروط**:

- سعودي الجنسية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة متاجر راقية
- **خبرة مثبتة في بيع العطور البراندات**
- قدرة عالية على البيع الشخصي والإقناع
- مهارة تدريب وتطوير البائعين
- لباقة، حضور، ودقة في التفاصيل
- إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة نقاط البيع والبرامج الإدارية

**Job Title**:
Store Manager (Saudi National)

**Location**:
Riyadh - Luxury Perfume Store

**Salary Package**:
SAR 6000 - 8000 & Other benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and train the sales team on luxury retail techniques

Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects brand values

Handle VIP customers and direct high-end selling

Oversee store presentation and product organization

Provide regular reports and feedback to upper management

**Requirements**:
**Saudi nationality.**

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing luxury retail stores

Proven experience in selling branded perfumes (Luxury Perfume Brands)**

Strong personal selling and communication skills

Ability to train, motivate, and lead sales staff

Detail-oriented with professional appearance

Proficient in POS systems and retail management tools
