**SNCL** is currently recruiting a generalist HRD to join our global business based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Executive Vice President Human Resources, this position will be responsible for delivering the strategy and operational people-related activities of the Human Resources function across the KSA and Qatar which supports over 1,000 employees. This individual works closely with business leaders and managers to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive business objectives.

As a member of the group HR Leadership Team the HRD KSA supports and helps embed the provision of services such as the HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Government Relations and leverages expertise from the Centre of Expertise for Talent Management & Learning, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits.

We are seeking an individual with a demonstrable track-record of senior level HR business partnering in the region, experience working as part of a senior leadership team, change management experience and experience managing a broad range of human resources initiatives and programs across multiple countries. The appointed individual will demonstrate adaptability to cultural diversity and provide coaching and advice to key members of the leadership team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide functional leadership for HR, Immigration and government relations in KSA and Qatar
- As part of the regional HRLT, help develop the People & Culture strategy and translate that into a regional strategy; ensuring regional business strategies and objectives are translated into the appropriate local HR actions and initiatives
- Manage a team of HR professionals within KSA and Qatar and monitor all key HR performance indicators
- Manage all employee relations issues while ensuring our culture and employee wellbeing are consistent with our corporate values and integrity
- Foster a performance and talent development culture through leading all people related processes
- Support talent acquisition in the delivery of strategies for the attraction and rapid mobilisation of resources onto projects within the region.
- Deliver an employee experience throughout KSA and Qatar that supports high levels of engagement and retention.
- As a key member of the local business management team, provide flexible and relevant people solutions to business issues and challenges while ensuring an engaged organisation
- Coach business managers on issues of effective team building, employee relations and organizational effectiveness
- Ensure proper implementation and execution of global HR programs and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by EVP Human Resources

**Experience**
- Several years experience of being part of a senior leadership team, preferably in a globally operating organization of similar size
- Should have proven HR operations experience in KSA
- Demonstrated track record in providing relevant people solutions to complex or sensitive business issues and challenges as part of a management team; sound judgment, business acumen and the ability to contribute to the business as a whole
- Leadership style that is people-centric, effective, and marked by a high levels of energy
- Demonstrated competence in all HR functional areas such as strategy, compensation, employee relations, coaching, organizational development, diversity, benefits, employee communications and talent attraction and development
- Knowledge of fundamental HR regulations and employment law in KSA and across the MEA Region
- Measured and balanced judgment, emotional intelligence, strong presence and demonstrated team player attitude
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of thinking through and implementing organizational design issues
- Well-developed influencing skills, unquestioned sense of integrity, and confidence to effectively address sensitive and ambiguous HR issues

**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent in a related field
- CIPD certification or equivalent is an asset
- 15+ years of generalist HR business partner experience, preferably in a large/medium organization which operates a matrix model
