**Location**: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
**Experience Required**: 5-7 years in HVAC maintenance and repair (preferably with a reputed HVAC services company).

We are seeking a skilled **Field Engineer** to provide technical support, coordinate with clients, and ensure efficient and timely completion of HVAC projects.

**Main Scope**:

- Provide technical support to technicians and clients.
- Coordinate with customers on repair processes and updates.
- Assist Service Supervisors and Operations Engineers in completing repairs on time.
- Maintain project expenses through efficient planning and execution.
- Deliver high standards of service to employees and external customers.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with timely solutions.
- Work effectively with diverse teams within and outside the organization.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately.

**Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration OR 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of basic refrigeration cycles, including diagnosing issues and performing routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, aftersales, and services.
- Familiarity with electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Proficient in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including SU/PU/Chillers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Customer service orientation, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and work in dynamic environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients.
- Conduct site surveys to ensure systems meet health and safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with supervisors to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
- Inspect HVAC systems and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Train and guide technicians and junior technicians.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
- Respond to emergency repair requests during and after hours.
- Prepare activity logs and status reports for management and client communication.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to stay updated.
