Operations Manager

**Overview of the role**:
The Operations Manager is responsible for a team of Project Directors and Project Managers and is responsible for the successful delivery of the projects. Job profile includes planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the projects, sharing and distributing the resources between various projects, coordinating with support departments and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the business and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

- Strategize and execute projects for timely completion and quality.
- Manage budgets, resources, and cash flow efficiently.
- Coordinate pre-construction activities and ensure compliance.
- Supervise project progress and maintain productivity.
- Uphold quality standards and prevent deviations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Aid in recruitment and organizational structuring.
- Supervise, evaluate, and lead staff effectively.
- Coach and motivate staff for optimal performance.

**Minimum experience and Job skills**:

- Proficient in Contract Conditions, Health & Safety Regulations, and International Standards.
- Well-versed in organizational effectiveness, operations management, and project management principles.
- Knowledgeable in financial, accounting, and human resource principles.
- Skilled in information technology, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Effective communicator, persuasive, and able to lead and influence.
- Committed to high ethical standards, diversity, and collaborative work environments.
- Demonstrates leadership ability, delegation skills, and conflict management.

**What equips you for the role**:
BE Electrical / Mechanical with 18 plus years of experience managing large multiple MEP Projects, preferably in the GCC. Masters in Business Administration is a plus.
