JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Health and Safety Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact on all day-to-day H&S related tasks and operations and is responsible for supporting the Senior FM the planning and implementation of the Tadawul Tower Health & Safety standards and ensuring all operations are carried out in a safe manner to a structured method.

**Duties**:
Maintains the strategic plan for Health and Safety that aligns with Tadawul’s priorities based on industry best practice. Develops an inspection regime to ensure that the property receives regular health and safety inspection and produces assessment / inspection reports for adherence to the requirements. Enforces all policies relating to H&S practices in the workplace. Assist in developing the H&S processes and ensures the effective and appropriate implementation.
