- Hays are currently partnered with a PIF multi-billion-dollar mega project in Jeddah and they are looking to hire a seasoned Investment professional to join and establish the Investment Division.

The sleected professional will report to the CIO and will be responsible for establishing the Investment division from scratch, defining the investment roadmap and strategy whilst providing investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the investment strategic plan in line with corporate objectives
- Source, evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to the BoD
- Creat the annual business plan and long-term plan for the investment division
- Leading negotations with partners and ensure the effective closing of deals

**Requirements**:

- BA in Finance or related field
- MBA or CFA highly resireable
- 12+ years of experience within Investment
- Strong experience working in International markets, not just GCC
- Strong PE and deal closing experience
