**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain accurate waitlists and ensure timely seating of guests.
- Answer the phone and handle inquiries regarding the menu, hours of operation, and reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area.
- Assist in coordinating with the serving staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and report to management when necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding guest services, safety, and sanitation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
