Assist in monitoring and carrying out CBG portfolio maintenance, by assisting the Regional Business Lines to avoid or minimize having Past Due Annual Reviews (PDAR), expired limits, overstepping, discrepancies and other credit related issues affecting the delivery of service to the customers. In addition, to facilitate proper coordination/synchronization within CBG and with the other Business Units of the Bank to expedite the process and smoothen the operations for shorter turnaround time (TAT) on our delivery of service to the customers.
- Extend the required help and support to regional portfolios manager on their various tasks and respond to their queries.
- Making sure that received inquiries from any BSF operating groups/units to be taken care of and have the proper response as required within the required timeframe.
- Monitor Past Due Annual Reviews, Expired Limits, Overstepping, Discrepancies and other credit related issues on a regular basis and assist the team to minimize it by coordinating with FOS and the other business units (e.g. CRD, CAD, CCM, LGD, Compliance, GTB, AFCD, RBG, Audit, etc.) to streamline the processes or by setting the best strategies to resolve it.
- Monitor CBG’s Watch List accounts, and maintain close follow-ups with the concerned portfolio managers to implement the set strategy as agreed with the management.

- Setting up and management of the Customer Support Team (CST) including the upkeep of its procedure and staff trainings.
- Involvement with the IT team to arrange and tests on various new systems or upgrades on the existing ones.
- Attend trainings and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Mentoring of the Junior Portfolio Managers.

- Good writing skills and fluent in English Language.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills.
- University graduate
- Minimum 2-5 years corporate banking experience
