Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities, including developing cleaning schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards in rooms and public areas
- Train and manage housekeeping staff, including hiring, evaluating, and disciplining as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree or certification preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems for inventory management and reporting
