Founded in 1853, SIG is headquartered in Neuhausen, Switzerland, and listed at the SIX Swiss Exchange.- To Keep up our Company Assets and Take the Responsibility to preserve the Good Condition and Functionality of Premises- Maintenance Shift Electrician is responsible for the Closure of all Corrective / Preventive Actions raised during the Shift under his supervision- Maintenance Shift Electrician is responsible for Sustaining and Continually improving the Operational Performance and Reliability of the Plant Equipment and Utilities- Electrical Technician is a shift based associate responsible for executing all electrical activities across the factory while abiding by Safety, Quality & Food Safety policies, instructions and regulations. Support and cover the planning part on the shift under his supervision.Looks after spares consumption over the factory and lead spares improvement projects on the area under his supervision- Electrical Technician is the first escalation point for production breakdown, should react in timely and quality manners and flexible to cover different shifts and provide support either by phone or self-presence out of his normal working hours if needed- Plays a Vital role in training and on-boarding new technicians. As well support deploying the Autonomous Maintenance module through creating SOPs, training and validating production technicians- Maintenance Shift Electrical Technician is accountable to implement all specific Safety Standards related to his areas as per the direction from Safety Team & according to our SIG Quality & Safety Standards- First Escalation Point for any Equipment Breakdown- Responsible for Execution and Documenting al Activities of Plant Maintenance Master Plan and Daily Shift Activities- Responsible for Executing and Documenting Daily / Monthly Checklists- Responsible for Updating Site Master Spare Parts Data against new Equipment and Projects- Monitor / Improve the Spares Consumption- Responsible for Improving No. of Spare Parts Items through Unification and Standardizing of the used Spares- Ensure the high level of Technical Communication and Handover is maintained between Production and Maintenance Teams- Support Site Projects Team during Installation and Commissioning phases for any new Project- Responsible for implementing a Safe Environment for both Equipment & Associates and 100% closure for all Safety Near Misses raised over the Shifts- Responsible for Triggering and Suppling Technical Solutions for any Chronic Issues- Responsible for the Training of other Shop Floor Team on Minor Breakdowns Troubleshooting for all Equipment- Participate on all SES (SIG Excellence System) programs and initiatives
