**About the Team**:
Our team consists of highly skilled industry experts who collaborate seamlessly to enrich the content ecosystem on TikTok. The Content Operations team plays a vital role by closely coordinating with various XFN teams such as content programming, marketing, PR, and other core functions. Together, we strive to foster growth within our respective verticals while aligning with other teams to implement a comprehensive long-term strategy that promotes the expansion of this ecosystem.
At the heart of our team's approach is a strong focus on data and insights. We leverage this valuable information to shape both short-term tactics and long-term business strategies, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions. - Lead strategy for the Saudi market, identifying key goals for creators and publishers across the market and develop clear plans to deliver these objectives.
- Understand local content ecosystems, identify market trends, and drive high quality local content growth and partner engagement.
- Work to uncover the local experience of creators and publishers, represent their feedback to other teams and advocate for their success based on the specific market context.
- Develop programs and content strategies that will help mobilize at scale creators and publishers and ensure the execution of creator community programs at the local level.
- Lead content strategies to grow priority content formats and creator/communities, develop strategic content partnerships with creators and publishers, and drive diversified and safe high-quality content on the platform to attract and retain users.
- Identify areas for improvement and evangelize creator partner management workflow by facilitating alignment and efficiency through data driven methodologies.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional partnership with the sales, product, comms, marketing, user growth, T&S, legal, and policy teams to effectively grow user base at the market level, support revenue efforts where relevant, identify areas for mutual collaboration, and work on shared approaches to market opportunities and risks.
- Serve as a spokesperson as necessary for TikTok with partners, press, policymakers, and other stakeholders, to present TikTok's narrative clearly and with local resonance.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Industry experience in a media or tech business, ideally with a focus on content operations or development, marketing, content partnerships, and/or multi-channel content programming.
- Deep understanding of the content and media business landscape; familiarity with both traditional and advanced digital marketing channels; strong insight into digital content strategies and product operations.
- Experience working with online communities, policymakers and media outlets.
- Experience building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high performing teams and proven performance indirectly leveraging cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives
