**JOB TITLE**: F-15 Technical Support Associate / LAN Admin**

**SUMMARY**:
**Location**:This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in management of data systems and related programs for Depot Supply and logistics complex.
- Install, monitor, and maintain LAN networks.
- Manage networking equipment’s (routers, switches, access points).
- Install, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Ensure compliance across all technologies and all sites.
- Ensure storage and backup management.
- Ensure the security of the computer network.
- Respond to requests escalated by the technical support team.
- Coordinate the work of external consultants in the execution of certain tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation around deployed equipment and systems.
- Manage individual projects as assigned including planning, timelines, status updates, and completion of objectives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
- 5 years of experience in a similar roll
- Ability to think and respond quickly, adjust schedules and operating plans in response to unplanned events.
- Ability to build and maintain consultant/vendor relationships.
- Structured problem-solving mindset.
- Superior communicator and team player
