**Jobtrix** is hiring for the position of **Vice President **of Sales for our client **TAC Security. **The person would be responsible for leading and managing the organization's overall information security strategy and program within a specific country.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should have an experience in strategic planning, business development, and full lifecycle management of large business process transformation projects.
- Collaborate with other departments and business units to ensure that the organization's products and services meet the needs of the market
- To understand customer requirements, and network/security infrastructure & propose cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprise accounts.
- Should have expertise in Business development, P&L Management, Operations Management in the cybersecurity field
- Selling Cyber Security services, goal-oriented, strategic problem solver with a strong technical sales aptitude, and exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships at the executive level by ensuring that key stakeholders clearly understand how solutions meet their business needs.
- Keep abreast of emerging security threats and technologies within the country, and make recommendations for the implementation of new security measures
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations within the country
- Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors within the country
- Manage and mentor a team of security professionals within the country
- Develop and manage the security budget for the country

**Salary**: Up to ﷼525,000.00 per year
