Our client, a group of companies in the field of EPC contracting and Total Facilities Management, executing several major and landmark projects for prime clients - is looking for **Mechanical Site Engineers** for its palace projects.

The role is responsible for ensuring timely completion of work requests & Equipment distributions satisfactorily within the estimated duration.

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Supervisory experience in Mechanical O&M, QA/QC Mechanical Inspection.
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.

**Key Skills & Competencies**

**1) Trade skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of the mechanical engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to civil works.
- Interpreting and executing mechanical related drawings.
- Advanced management skills.
- Skilled in developing different landscape irrigation systems, like sprinklers, sprayers, bubblers, and drip irrigation networks.
- Planning, Creative Problem Solving, Efficiency Improvement, Diagnosing Malfunction, Maintenance Improvement, Estimation Required Materials, Overhauling Repair, Coordination.

**2) Interpersonal skills**:

- Problem Solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.

**d) Computer skills**MS word/Excel/Power point.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- mechanical QA QC inspection: 5 years (required)
- facilities management: 7 years (required)
- supervisory: 5 years (required)
