**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join our organisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CFO and Managing Director to support decision-making
- Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Plan, develop, organize the organization's financial and performance (fiscal, accounting, cost control, budgeting) for all projects in Saudi Arabia in line with Egis’s deadlines and country ‘s tax & audit/legal requirements;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, including Saudi Arabian financial laws
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management systems
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and identify opportunities for improving financial performance
- Oversee treasury management, including cash flow planning and investment strategies
- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies

**What do we need from you**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, including previous experience as a Finance Director or similar senior financial leadership position
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and Saudi Arabian financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a multinational or large corporate environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
