- Reviewing all aspects of site preparation and temporary works construction onsite for conformance with contract documents
- Enforcing the relevant safety rules at site and monitoring all aspects of the work for compliance with security, health and safety requirements.
- Conducting daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks
- Taking immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
- Assisting the Project Manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
- Assisting in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan
- Conducting regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
- Evaluating and resolving any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed
- Taking responsibility for the coordinating of structural works with other disciplines

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction related discipline
- Minimum 12 years experience as Structural Engineer on site or supervision with large-scale civil projects
- In depth knowledge of concrete repairs, load testing, strengthening of foundations, columns jacketing, rebar extensions, etc.
- Excellent command of English Language (reading, writing and speaking)
