**Key responsibilities and objectives**:

- Owns and delivers on recruitment lifecycle for several key and high-profile business areas
- Defines search and filtration strategy and criteria
- Owns relationships with Hiring Partners and Hiring Managers
- Owns relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing providers
- Owns and delivers on recruitment reporting and recruitment data quality
- Champions recruitment best practice
- Conducts on-demand market research
- Supervises coordinators and sourcers

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm, recruitment agency or with recruitment to head office roles in a corporation / holding
- Experience in independent stakeholder management / owning relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment standards and best practice
- Readiness for hands-on recruitment / interviewing
- Experience training junior team members in recruitment standards and practices
- Digital literacy sufficient to operate in Recruitment CRM and Excel
