**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor and Checker will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all shipping and receiving documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and loaders.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Shipping and Receiving:

- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately checked and documented.
- Verify the quality and quantity of items received and shipped.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule and track shipments.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions within the warehouse.
