Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Naval Operations Instructor to provide RSNF personnel training on naval surface warfare operations. This position will be located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia and will be an [onsite] position.

**Responsibilities**:
Support our Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. The Senior Naval Operations Instructor/Trainer will provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to Naval surface operations and all other warfare areas.
- Deliver, instruct, and supervise RSNF officers’ basic and advanced courses in various naval warfare areas.
- Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required.
- Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained.
- Utilize RSNF ESS PowerPoint Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students.
- Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.
- Evaluate courses and provide feedback.
- Prepare and oversee Naval Warfare Scenarios.
- Evaluate the practical training in the Fleet Training Center Simulators and provide feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Military and Marine Science with 5 - 8 years instructing in the military field (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience
- Retired or prior RSNF Officer as an Operations Officer on RSNF ships.
- Experience instructing various specialized courses related to Naval Warfare.

Preferred Skills and Experience- Retired or prior RSNF Commanding Officer on RSNF ships.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $71,150.00 - USD $93,500.00 /Yr.
