To**develop and supervise all Marketing communications strategies for the company to drive awareness on Bupa Value Proposition and corporate identity. This include development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**1-**Master Brand Positioning & Guidelines**:

- Understand Category and consumer behaviors, triggers and barriers
- Understand customer and consumer segmentation
- Monitor and study competitor offering and different brand positionings, segments and channel
- Identify areas of brand differentiation and developing/refining brand positioning
- Acquire and understand global brand guidelines and best practice
- Create BA brand guidelines for internal and external use
- Communicate the brand guidelines internally and ensure compliance of BA employees
- Communicate with agencies to ensure full understanding and compliance of all designs and executions to Bupa brand guidelines
- Set the brand activity plans for the strategic year
- Develop activity material (designs, POS material, booths etc)
- Set the brand PR objectives and plans for the year
- Develop content and material for PR release

**2- Social Media Management**:

- Develop and manage social media strategy for online platform networks
- Drive effective engagement with specific call to action by targeting loyalty, business and/or health education
- Measure effectiveness and customer satisfaction with corrective actions
- Develop content and manage social calendars that are in sync with program launches, campaigns, activations, news and updates
- Evaluating social media performance and alignment on the social media plans

**3- E-commerce channel**:

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end ownership and reach specific pre-defined outcomes
- Optimize and manage commerce platform to serve all segments
- Set clear stages by objectives to launch and improve e-commerce phases as an effective commercial channel
- Review consumer blueprints, analyse data for learning and measuring KPIs
- Assess & evaluate e-commerce platforms and performance of competitors & players in other industries.

**4- Web Strategy**:

- Asses the BA web strategy and ensure alignment with Bupa Global web strategy and internal operational plans
- Set web and social media KPI's and objectives and ensure the planned delivery

**5-**Agency Management & Budget Planning**:

- Lead the relationship with agencies and ensure understanding and alignment to company strategy
- Create a positive team environment between Bupa and agency partners
- Issue communication briefs and evaluate responses, designs and deliverables
- Evaluate the appointment of agencies and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee execution of actvities with agencies
- Assign and liaise with agencies on cost, scope and time for execution
- Plan and monitor the annual Master Brand spending

**Skills**:

- A solid understanding of marketing concepts and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities
- Profecient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
- Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point and word
- Hands on experience in new communication development and repositioning brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Ideally FMCG and Service experience
- 10+ years of Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in brand building and overall experience of no less then 8 years in all marketing areas
