Responsible for planning and cost control for the running projects, coordinating with finance to ensure proper invoice and cash flow plan and with procurement to ensure the proper procurement plan for all projects according to the project schedule
- Planning overall master schedule integrating revenues plan / forecast and actual figures.
- Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports that demonstrate the S. Curve.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on Engineering timesheets and generate progress reports for the engineering department.
- Preparing resource histograms for each project and integrate a master construction plan for follow up.
- Preparing invoicing plans and discussing progress with management team.
- Coordinate a master cash in/ cash out plan with finance, operation and procurement teams.
- Follow up cost control processing to optimize the cash out and report budget issues.
- Updating the budget, margin &invoices and comparing them with the base line.
- Coordinate a master procurement plan synchronized with projects schedules and report progress to management team concerned.
- Share Knowledge from lessons learnt with the team members

**Personal Skills**:

- Very good communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good interpersonal skills

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience with Primavera is mandatory.
- Report Writing
- Project planning using MS project or Primavera
- Very good computer skills, i.e.; specialized software, Excel

**Education**:

- Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Electrical Engineering
