Parsons is seeking a Senior Engineer - Civil/Structure to join our dynamic team. The Senior Engineer will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of a high-profile stadium project and will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of this landmark project.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for various components of the stadium, including foundations, superstructures, and roofing systems.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall project design.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and address potential engineering issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in the design and construction of sports facilities or stadiums is highly desirable.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- In-depth knowledge of structural analysis software and CAD tools.
- Extensive experience and demonstrable technical proficiency in overcoming complex engineering challenges
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
