**Job Title**:Merchandiser - Supermarket (VIVA)**
**Location**: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Monthly Salary**: SAR 3,000 (Gross - inclusive of basic, housing, and transportation)

**About the Role**:
VIVA is seeking a motivated and reliable **Merchandiser** to ensure our shelves are always well-stocked, clean, and ready for customers. The role includes replenishing products, organizing displays, checking quality and expiry dates, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and supporting overall store readiness. This position requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to work. The Merchandiser will work closely with store team members to deliver an excellent shopping experience by keeping products accessible, attractive, and in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stock Management & Merchandising**
- Refill store shelves regularly and accurately as per the planogram.
- Ensure all items are labeled correctly with the right pricing and barcode.
- Arrange stock based on expiry dates and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rules.
- Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items to supervisors.
- Comply with the store’s **write-off policy** by accurately identifying, documenting, and segregating damaged or expired products.
- Assist in **product ordering** by monitoring stock levels, reporting low or out-of-stock items, and ensuring timely replenishment as per store requirements.

**Store Hygiene & Organization**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and shelves.
- Ensure back-store and storage areas are safe, clean, and properly arranged.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and legal guidelines.

**Store Support**
- Check and ensure all POS (Point of Sale) machines are in excellent working condition.
- Assist team members and store management in unloading, storing, and stocking goods.
- Support operations during peak hours or promotions with flexibility.
- Carry out additional assigned duties related to shelf management or cleanliness.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including stocking, and cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in supermarket.
- Ability to organize and arrange stock effectively.
- Good communication and team coordination.
- Flexibility and physical stamina.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of safety standards.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Basic Arabic language skills preferred; English is an advantage
- **Transferable Iqama is required.**:
