**Position Overview**:
The Senior digital marketing specialist will own, develop and implement Soum digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position will be responsible for all Soum digital metrics and will have the full ownership to reach them on a monthly basis. This role will work with multiple business owners across the organization alongside working with the marketing team to enable reaching the digital marketing target.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including all social media channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Optimizing the digital marketing campaigns on all social media platforms
- Creating content that helps optimize the digital marketing performance
- Analyzing users' data on Mixpanel, Google Analytics and users related data to enhance the digital marketing performance
- Creating and optimizing customers' journeys on Webengage and Mixpanel
- Managing the integration and development of any related tools that help on the digital marketing
- Managing any vendors that have any direct/indirect relationship with the digital marketing
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
- Advanced knowledge of SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Attention to detail
